As a consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, Audensiel attaches particular importance to the security of your personal data. Audensiel implements appropriate protection measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and traceability of your personal data.
Personal data collected via the website are transferred to the subcontractor OVH Cloud, a company based in France, which hosts them.
OVH Cloud is committed to ensuring the security, confidentiality and integrity of the data it hosts. Its data centers in France are ISO/IEC 27001 certified, and the company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
OVH Cloud encrypts data during transfer and at rest. It implements advanced physical and logical protection mechanisms for its infrastructures, including rigorous access control, 24/7 monitoring and data redundancy on its servers.
OVH Cloud is certified ISO/IEC 27001 (information security management), ISO 27017 (security of cloud services), ISO 27018 (protection of personal data in the cloud) and HDS (Health Data Hosting – France). These certifications guarantee that OVH Cloud :
- protects data against unauthorized access,
- ensures service availability and integrity,
- offers complete traceability of treatments,
- complies with the highest standards of confidentiality and personal data protection.
What’s more, OVH Cloud guarantees data recovery in the event of an incident, thanks to regular backup procedures.
Where does your data go?
As our site is accessible from various countries, including Canada, the United States and other non-EU jurisdictions, even if your data is hosted in France, we apply protection measures that comply with international data security standards. For example, we strive to comply with the principles set out in Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
