A key digital player in the Quebec market, Maltem Canada stands out for its ability to support its customers in their strategic digital activities by setting up customized service centers on their premises, and offering a complete range of coaching and premium training. This acquisition enables Audensiel to benefit from proven local expertise, consolidating its role as the preferred partner of large and medium-sized Canadian companies.
A year after opening an office in Montreal with the support of Sagard MidCap (a major Canadian shareholder in Audensiel, particularly active in North America and Europe), Audensiel has now made its first acquisition in this region, bringing together nearly 100 specialists under the Audensiel Canada banner. This new international development comes after successful expansion in Spain, Mexico, Belgium and Luxembourg, while its activities in France remain as dynamic as ever. Indeed, for more than ten years, Audensiel has enjoyed continuous growth of almost 30% a year, supported in its development by its partners Sagard and Capza. With 1,800 employees and sales of almost 200 million euros (CAD 290 million), Audensiel is continuing to invest and strengthen its positions in its specialist segments (data / AI, digital factory, cloud and cybersecurity) to support its customers and partners in their transformation challenges.
I’m delighted to be joining forces with such a renowned group in the digital transformation market, whose human values and entrepreneurial culture we share,” comments Marc Giraud-Sauveur , General Manager of Audensiel Canada (formerly Maltem Canada) . This collaboration promises great commercial and innovation synergies” comments Marc Giraud-Sauveur, Managing Director of Audensiel Canada (formerly Maltem Canada). He continues: “ Joining Audensiel is a logical and natural progression that will enable Maltem Canada to expand its footprint within a high-performance international environment, and continue to offer excellent career prospects to its employees “.
