Rest assured: it&#8217;s still the same consulting agency, ours.    <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\ud83d\ude42<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I\/ Our customer and its challenges: in search of rare expertise<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6}\"> <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondsftq.com\/\">The Solidarity Fund QFL<\/a><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> (also referred to as &#8220;the Fund&#8221; in this article) is <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Qu\u00e9bec&#8217;s largest development capital investment network, <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">and was created at the initiative of the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Travailleurs du Qu\u00e9bec, Quebec&#8217;s largest labour federation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Its main mission is to <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">contribute to Qu\u00e9bec&#8217;s economic growth<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  by creating, maintaining or safeguarding jobs through investments in companies in all sectors of the Qu\u00e9bec economy. One of its key objectives is to   <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">encourage retirement savings<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and to provide its hundreds of thousands of shareholder-savers with a reasonable return and attractive tax benefits.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In our context, the Fund was looking for experts capable of supporting them in the evolution and maintenance of their <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">digital products,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  by committing themselves and their teams to regular, high-quality deliveries. It was also a question of calling on the skills of individuals in the fields of   <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">specialized and rare expertise,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  technologies such as Sitecore or Tosca. Then, in June 2022, we set up a   <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">service center <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">made up of several squads that are gradually <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gradually integrated into the IT teams <\/span><\/b> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">(information technologies) of our customer.
