This critical international infrastructure operates 24 hours a day, thanks to a global network. <\/p>\n<p>Every employee is important. We expect our consultants to be convincing, able to guide our customers and support strategic decisions.  <\/p>\n<p>Do these values resonate with you?<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to work in a stimulating environment with a relaxed, human atmosphere?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Discover your future responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist end-users in their day-to-day activities (especially Front-Office) and ensure ongoing communication with them.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve incidents in collaboration with other Murex platform support teams.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out regular production checks and maintenance operations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with developers to solve production problems and propose new features.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective communication and cooperation with local support teams in Paris, New York, Hong Kong and Bangalore.<\/li>\n<li>Provide product training for end users<\/li>\n<li>Good command of SQL\/PL-SQL, Unix\/script Shell and XML technologies<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience with Murex 3.1<\/li>\n<li>Control &#8211; M Scheduler (Control of updating or creating new scheduling tasks)<\/li>\n<li>Geneos &#8211; Understanding the methodology and keeping the monitoring up to date<\/li>\n<li>Deployment of modifications \/ Maintenance tasks (occasional weekends)<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of DataMart \/ MxML \/ Interfaces<\/li>\n<li>Ensure delivery of files to our customers<\/li>\n<li>Improve current practices, in particular by automating manual tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Your expertise<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years&#8217; relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of financial markets, including credit derivatives, fixed-income securities, repurchase agreements and interest-rate derivatives.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent product knowledge (classic products), particularly in terms of valuation and sensitivity.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Front-Office skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Murex Front-Office tools on MX.III (pricing, simulation, market data, standard reports).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management skills (contact with traders).<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in the offshore sector is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Your know-how<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilingual English\/French<\/li>\n<li>A keen sense of quality<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer focus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you recognize yourself in the job description?
