You&#8217;d like to work in a stimulating environment, with a human and relaxed atmosphere <strong>Discover your future responsibilities!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Key responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET-based applications (development and support) without regular supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and guide a team of developers\/support staff, ensuring productivity, code quality and compliance with deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the internal and external resources needed to support cross-functional applications and their interfaces (including application suppliers and customer infrastructure\/security teams).<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to key technical or functional projects in support of business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Production support :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Production incident resolution: root cause analysis (RCA), fault correction, incident reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the diagnosis of problems and guide the support team.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor internal and external suppliers&#8217; compliance with support SLAs.<\/li>\n<li>Produce follow-up reports for stakeholders and management.<\/li>\n<li>Actively support efforts to simplify and improve information systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project deliverables :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather needs from stakeholders and propose solution strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with technical teams and clarify requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Write the necessary documentation (specifications, design, implementation).<\/li>\n<li>Develop test strategy, test plans and execute functional\/technical test scripts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage unit, integration and user acceptance tests.<\/li>\n<li>Train and support users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your expertise<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in .NET framework, Web API, Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.), SQL Server, Oracle PL\/SQL, shell scripts.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the banking sector.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in team management and autonomous delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the ITIL framework and support management in a controlled environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in incident\/problem\/change management, RCA documentation, audit compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the project lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall).<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, decision-making and proactive skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing\/upgrading banking applications.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of technical architecture and solution design.<\/li>\n<li>Mastery of JIRA is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your know-how<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Team management and leadership skills :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise teams and provide support in critical periods.<\/li>\n<li>Develop teams and processes for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise staff (recruitment, training, assessment, development).<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business teams (Compliance, Operations, etc.) to understand and support their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Review and improve existing procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure rigor and responsiveness in all audit-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and present KPI\/KRI at committee meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Do you recognize yourself in the job description?
