We are looking for a Lead .Net Developer. The successful candidatemust be autonomous, responsible and have solid technical expertise as a senior .NET developer.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET-based applications (development and support) without regular supervision.
  • Supervise and guide a team of developers/support staff, ensuring productivity, code quality and compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate the internal and external resources needed to support cross-functional applications and their interfaces (including application suppliers and customer infrastructure/security teams).
  • Contribute to key technical or functional projects in support of business objectives.

Production support :

  • Production incident resolution: root cause analysis (RCA), fault correction, incident reporting.
  • Lead the diagnosis of problems and guide the support team.
  • Monitor internal and external suppliers’ compliance with support SLAs.
  • Produce follow-up reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Actively support efforts to simplify and improve information systems.

Project deliverables :

  • Gather needs from stakeholders and propose solution strategies.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and clarify requirements.
  • Write the necessary documentation (specifications, design, implementation).
  • Develop test strategy, test plans and execute functional/technical test scripts.
  • Manage unit, integration and user acceptance tests.
  • Train and support users.

Your expertise

  • Expertise in .NET framework, Web API, Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.), SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, shell scripts.
  • Experience in the banking sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management and autonomous delivery.
  • Good knowledge of the ITIL framework and support management in a controlled environment.
  • Experience in incident/problem/change management, RCA documentation, audit compliance.
  • Knowledge of the project lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and proactive skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in implementing/upgrading banking applications.
  • Knowledge of technical architecture and solution design.
  • Mastery of JIRA is a plus.

  • Supervise teams and provide support in critical periods.
  • Develop teams and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Supervise staff (recruitment, training, assessment, development).
  • Collaborate with business teams (Compliance, Operations, etc.) to understand and support their needs.
  • Review and improve existing procedures.
  • Ensure rigor and responsiveness in all audit-related activities.
  • Produce and present KPI/KRI at committee meetings.
