What we can achieve together

When you join us, you’ll become part of our Agile expertise center. Your role will be (1) to contribute your knowledge to the realization of customer projects and (2) to participate in the development of the development skills center. In this sense, here is a glimpse of what your responsibilities will be:

• Review and document current operational procedures and processes and assess their effectiveness
• Act as a trusted link between technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Gather and analyze requirements to create documents related to business requirements
• Create or support the development of test plans and test cases, including the definition of test conditions, negative tests and regression tests – Ability to meet the challenges of a fast-changing environment
• Embrace and live the firm’s purpose – to make an impact that matters – by striving to identify the solutions and challenges that matter most to our customers, our people and society

Target experience

• +5 years of relevant work experience as a functional analyst with Dynamics CRM;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Bilingual English/French.
